Deleting your data

To have us delete the information we hold about you, including any Messenger conversations with our Facebook Pages:

1. Email hello@betterbotllc.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us how you contacted us (for example, "Messenger, Family History Film page") and the name on that account, so we can find your records.

We delete your conversations and related records within 30 days and email you when it's done. Deleting data we hold doesn't remove messages from your own Messenger inbox; you can delete those in Messenger.

Data held by a specific product, such as a Feel Better Bot account, can also be deleted through that product; see its privacy policy.
